Oh I just LOVE Fridays! 🙂 Everyone is always in such a good mood–especially me!
So last night I had an amazing gym experience–I followed the trainers advice and instead of doing 45 minutes on the eliptical with 0 resistence I did:
- 12 min. on Treadmill on an incline
- 6 min. on Stairmaster (WOAH that thing is rough)
- 10 minutes on the Bike
- Tricep Pull Down-3 sets of 10
- Bicep Curls-3 sets of 10
- And before I went to the gym I did Jillian’s 30 Day Shred 1
Wow was I sweating, I mean really sweating! That’s not normal for me either–I guess it shows the signs of a really good workout! It felt amazing! Hopefully I can keep it up!
I’m having a little trouble with what I should be eating lately! I started counting my calories on a website and it seems like I might be coming in a little short for the amount of exercise i started and will be doing. I feel like I should really sit down with a nutritionist–there are so many things I want to know about how and what I should be eating!
Like last night-I came home from the gym and I know that I should eat something-I just don’t know what. And if it’s not something SUPER light, I feel like my whole gym trip was a waste! I know that’s not true and I know I need food for fuel, I’m just so confused!
