I’m a creature of habit! I wake up everyday at the same time, I eat the same breakfast, and before this blog ate pretty much the same things for lunch and dinner. I haven’t quite changed it all up but I’m slowly working on it–I don’t know what to make for breakfast that doesn’t require much time. Any suggestions?
So of course I started off my morning with the usual Corn flaks, a tiny bit of muesli sprinkled in and Almond Milk
For lunch I packed a tiny bit of the leftover Tuna Pasta Salad from dinner last night–oh it was even more delicious! I had it with some carrots and 1/2 a banana
When I got home The Boo was making a Plantain that we’ve have for a few days–it finally looked like it was ready
So he threw em in a pan and started fryin! Ok so it’s not the healthiest snack but boy are the delicious! 🙂 I’d show a picture of the end result BUT we ate them too fast to capture! I really only had 2 or 3 and let him eat the rest–I was looking forward to my dinner!
- WW tortilla
- Egg Whites
- Veggie Burgers
Soooooo good! After I ate, I digested a bit and started stretching so I could get ready for the gym! I did some squats and ab work and then at the gym did my usual:
- 30 Min. Incline on Treadmill
- 3×10 Biceps
- 3×10 Triceps
- 3×10 Dips
- More abs
- More Squats
- Some Free Weights
It was a great workout but like I said…CREATURE OF HABIT! I’m working on it–I really am! The breakfasts, the workouts, the dinners, I need some change!
Oh I can’t forget my precious Green Smoothie!!!
I enjoyed the mix from yesterday so much–Spinach–Almond Milk–Flax–KIWI–Banana……..I of course made it again! 🙂
