SHIF=So Happy it’s Friiiiiiiiiiday!
YAAAAY! The weekend is finally here–it’s been a long week!
So yesterday I stepped out of my little habit bubble and decided to try something new! Ok, I was out of kiwi so I was kinda forced to try something new, but whatev! 🙂
NEW Green Monster Mix= Basically the same as usual; Spinach, Banana, Almond Milk, Flax but I added BLUEBERRIES!
Result????? Me NO likey!!!! Yuck!
I don’t know why–I thought I would really like it, I love blueberries in genereal. I guess they’re just not meant to go in my smoothies. SEE what happens when I branch out a little? Total disaster!! haha JK 🙂
For dinner The Boo picked up some Stuffed Salmon from Costco
And made some Asparagus
And all together now….
It was sooooo good and totally made up for my yucky smoothie!
Once we digested, we headed out to the gym and I did:
- 30 Min. Incline on treadmill
- 3×10 Dips (my triceps are hurtin)
- 3×10 Leg Lifts
Overall it was a good enough workout to make me completely sore this morning…love that feeling!
