This thing is AAAAmazing!
I wore it to work again today which pretty much = NO calorie burning since I sit at a desk all day. I want it to be completely accurate though so I’m wearing it everywhere…..for now! I really don’t even notice I’m wearing it till I get the occasional strange look or a coworker questioning why I have it on. I feel like I should make up some really cool story about why it is that I’m wearing this strange contraption around my arm–they’d probably find it way more interesting than the truth! 🙂

- Almond Milk
- TONS of Spinach
- Frozen Banana
I was worried that the water might water it down too much but it didn’t at all and came out really good–I was excited that it actually filled up the whole cup!
Today’s workout was a TOTAL success! Wearing the Body Bugg is making me so much more aware of I’m doing and eating–it pretty much pumped me up for my trip to the gym! There I did:
- 15 min. on a Crazy Incline
- 6-7 min. running
- 10 min. Eliptical on Full Resistance
On the Cable Machine (I think that’s what it’s called) I did:
- 3×10 Bicep Curls
- 3×10 Triceps
- 3×10 Shoulders
Free Weights with 8 LBS I did:
- 15 Deadlifts w/ Hammer Curl
- 15 Tricep Kickbacks
- 20 Lunges w/ Bicep Curl (each side)
I was on a MISSION–to see how this thing really worked! However, when I got home I plugged the Bugg in and still had more calories to burn, so I decided to do some of my favorite excercises OnDemand in my living room of course!
- 10 min. Bootylicious Buns HAHA
- 14 min. Abs
It kind of sounds like a lot but the scary part is (if it’s completely accurate) that I still had some calories to burn and some more calories to eat! I mean I do sit for 9 hours out of the day at work, so during that time I’m getting no physical activity and it’s tough at times to fit everything in. That’s why I think this will help me for sure!
It’ll also show me how to properly fuel by body for the amount of exercise I do end up getting throughout the day. I’m SOOO glad I have the appointment w/my Coach next week. I’ll update more when she tells me what I’m doing wrong! LOL
